Return & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moka Energy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund amount may exclude original merchant processing fees
  • Timing depends on your card issuer’s policies

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@mokaenergy.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will work quickly to replace or refund your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened food products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or misrouted packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Packages left outside for extended periods
  • Delivery failures due to incorrect addresses

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it after collecting an additional shipping fee.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes
  • We must declare the retail value on packages
  • We cannot mark packages as “gifts”
